About the Role
As an intern at Laurie's Grain-Free Bakehouse, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our skilled baking team and experience the art of crafting delicious grain-free products. Your primary role will be to assist in the baking and preparation process while upholding the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service. Throughout the internship, you will gain valuable insights into the grain-free baking industry and the inner workings of a faith-based business.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of grain-free baked goods under the guidance of experienced bakers.
• Learn and follow recipes, ensuring precise measurements and consistent product quality.
• Help with packaging, labeling, and presentation of bakery items.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company's values with kindness and warmth.

The internship at Laurie's Grain-Free Bakehouse is a part-time position, requiring approximately 4-15 hours per week. The internship duration will span 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and availability.
