SHIPPING POLICY
We ship FedEx Ground, UPS, and USPS nationwide.
All orders placed Monday - Friday by 11:59 pm EST - will be placed on our baking schedule to be baked and shipped the following week.
We ship orders Monday - Wednesday weekly.
If we have your products in stock, they may ship immediately.
Please freeze your products upon arrival as they do not contain preservatives.
Order Processing and Shipping: Our products are made to order and sent out in excellent condition. While we strive to ship orders within 7 to 10 business days, we make no guarantee on turnaround time once the order is placed. Factors such as product availability, weather, holidays, and illness can impact shipping times.
You will be notified via email when your order has shipped.
When your product ships, you will receive a confirmation email
from FedEx, UPS, or USPS with your tracking information.
Transit time is typically 1 to 3 days nationwide - depending on where you are located. Due to potential unexpected carrier shipping delays, we can make no guarantees on arrival time.
All products ship from Lansing, NY.
Free Shipping offers only apply to standard delivery shipments.
Express shipping fees (ex. overnight) will be calculated on a per order basis.

Return and Refund Policy
At Laurie's Grain-Free Bakehouse, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. As all our products are perishable and made to order, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring that you have a positive experience with our products and services.
Shipping Issues: If your order is damaged or compromised during shipping, we will gladly offer a replacement order or in-store credit for the product total. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer Satisfaction: We care deeply about how our customers feel about their experience with our products. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Special Orders: If you have a special order that is needed by a certain date, please call us before placing your order to confirm availability. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to variables such as shipping issues, holidays, and unexpected illness, we want you to know that we are committed to doing everything we can to get your products to you on time. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will always strive to meet your needs to the best of our ability.
Exceptions: While our general policy does not include refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution. If refunds are being sought, we require photos of the product in its shipping packaging (to assess any damage that may have been sustained during shipping) and photos of the products in the opened box and individual items if they have perished (mold, etc.). We must receive these photos before we can assess and authorize a refund.
