• Speed: We use FedEx Two-Day Shipping to ensure your order spends the least amount of time in transit.

 

• ​Shipping Days: To avoid packages sitting in a shipping hub over the weekend, we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.

• The "Last Call": Wednesday is our final shipping day for the week, reserved as a "Last Resort" for specific regions or circumstances.​​

​

• ​The "Safety First" Policy: If weather or carrier delays (like FedEx "wonkiness") threaten the freshness of your order, we will proactively hold your shipment until the following Monday. Your product’s safety is our priority.

​ Local Pickup

 

• ​​When: Local pickups are scheduled for Wednesdays. Once your order is ready, we will coordinate a pickup window with you to ensure a smooth hand-off.

• How it Works: Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

 

• The Notification: Once your order is ready, you will receive an automated email/text confirming your pickup day (typically Wednesday).​

• Scheduling: Please wait for your "Ready for Pickup" notification before heading our way! This ensures we have your order fresh and packed for you.​

• ​Arrival: When you arrive during your scheduled window, just send us a quick text (number provided in your confirmation email) and we’ll bring your order right out to you.
